Recruitment Process
Selection procedure is tailored according to the level or grade which you are applying for. The general process is as follows:
- Candidates are pre-screened and shortlisted
- Shortlisted candidates have Psychometric tests completed
- Candidates attend a competency-based interview using OPQ
- A shortlist of the most outstanding candidates is made
- A recommendation is made to the Hiring Manager including the OPQ results
- The Hiring Manager reviews the recommendation, and conducts interviews accordingly
- Where necessary, more senior personnel will interview the candidates, depending on the seniority of the position
Ultimately, the best candidate is then chosen based purely on an objective, meticulous and non-discriminatory assessment of their suitability for the job.
