- Check the latest balance in Accounts/Credit Card limits.
- Verbal mini statements of the last 5 transactions.
- Last credit card statement and payment details.
- Request statement by fax.
- Check First Points balance.
- Transfer funds within FGB accounts.
- Make payments to FGB credit cards from FGB accounts.
- Make utility payments to ADWEA, AADC, DEWA, SEWA and Etisalat.
