• This competition is open to First Gulf Bank customers using a valid First Gulf Bank Visa Business Credit Card issued in the UAE ("Entrants"). Employees of First Gulf Bank are not eligible to be an Entrant
• To receive one entry into the competition Entrants must:
  • spend a minimum of AED 500 using their First Gulf Bank Visa Business Credit Card. This spend need not be in a single transaction.
  • be up to date on all payments in relation to First Gulf Bank Visa Business Credit Cards at the time of entry and draw
• Spend by supplementary cardholders will be included in the calculation for competition entries, but all prizes will be allocated to the primary Cardholder only.

1. Does the minimum spend need to be in a single transaction?

Not at all! The minimum spend may be achieved in as many transactions as you wish. For every multiple of AED 500 spent First Gulf Bank Visa Business Credit Card you hold, you will get one entry to the draw.

2. Will spend on supplementary card(s) issued under my primary First Gulf Bank Visa Business Credit Card is included?

Yes. Amounts spent during the campaign period (25 May to 25 June) on all supplementary cards issued under your primary First Gulf Bank Visa Business Credit Card will be included in calculating the number of entries you will receive for the draw.
However, only the primary cardholder will be eligible to win a prize.

3. Is there a maximum cap on the number of entries I will be allowed to have in the draw?

You can get up to a maximum of 4 entries in the draw. A spend of AED 500 earns you one entry.

4. If a customer is not up to date with his payments, will he be eligible for the lucky draw?

No. If a customer is not up to date with his payments, he will not be eligible for the draw.

5. Are First Gulf Bank staff eligible for the campaign?

No, staff will not be eligible for both the Visa campaigns.

Winners will be decided by a draw which will take place in June 2012 at First Gulf Bank offices under the supervision of a representative from the Department of Economic Development.
If any winner cannot be contacted within five days of the draw date by First Gulf Bank, another winner(s) will be selected and the prize will be awarded to such other winner(s).
The winner has to confirm his/her acceptance of the prize within five days of being contacted by First Gulf Bank. Otherwise another winner(s) will be selected and the prize will be awarded to such other winner(s).

Winner notification

12. How will I know if I win an Olympics package?

We will attempt to contact all winners within five days of the draw. If any winner cannot be contacted within five days of the draw date by First Gulf Bank, another winner(s) will be selected and the prize will be awarded to such other winner(s). Please ensure your contact details are updated.

Winner documentation requirements

13. Are there any documentation requirements for winners of the Olympics packages?

All winners of the Olympics packages must provide the following to us within five days of being contacted:

• Name of the winner as per passport.
• Scanned copy of the winner's passport.
• Scanned copy of the winner's visa page (if applicable).
• Any other proof required by First Gulf Bank shall be furnished by the winner

Failure to provide us with the above-mentioned within the said time frame will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize, following which another winner will be selected on First Gulf Bank’s sole discretion and the prize will be awarded to them.

Additional information

14. If I apply for a new First Gulf Bank Visa Business Credit Card today, will I be eligible for the campaign?

If you successfully apply for a new First Gulf Bank Visa Business Credit Card and use it to spend at least AED 500 during the campaign period, then you will be entered into the draw to win.

15. Are flight tickets refundable?

Air tickets are non-refundable and are for fixed dates. Any additional cost of class upgrade will be borne by the winner.

16. How will I book my flights?

Should you win, we will book the tickets for you after you accept the Olympics package prize.

17. Can I win more than one prize?

No, you can only win 1 prize.

18. Will First Gulf Bank arrange tourist visas for winners of the Olympic Games package?

Winners will be responsible for arranging tourist entry visas for themselves. First Gulf Bank will not be able to assist in this regard.

19. I have made a (hotel) booking and part of the limit on my First Gulf Bank Visa Business Credit Card has been blocked. Will I be eligible for the campaign?

We will only include transactions which are posted to your First Gulf Bank Visa Business Credit Card account(s). Pre-authorisation is therefore not included in the campaign spend.
However, if your transaction is posted to your card account within the campaign period, then it will be included in calculating your entries to the draw.

20. If I win, can I go prior to the event to London or stay after the event?

Air tickets are non-refundable and are for fixed dates. Any cost of flight amendments is to be fully borne by the winner.

• By accepting a prize within this promotion you give us your approval for announcing your name as a winner across the media.
• First Gulf Bank reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions or close the competition at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to defraud or violate these official rules in any way in connection with this competition may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law at First Gulf Bank’s sole discretion. First Gulf Bank reserves the right to make any investigation into the eligibility of an Entrant and delay the award of any prize during the investigation for any period of time deemed necessary and pending the receipt of all and any information deemed necessary.
